俺喜欢睡觉，总是在夕阳将要西下的时候醒来。肚子有点饿，得去弄点东西来吃。
俺一抬头就看见乌鸦嘴里叼着一片肉，她站在她家附近的树枝上，满脸的喜悦。俺实在羡慕得流口水。俺得想个法子哄她肉来吃。
像她这样丑陋又弱智的东西，俺以前才懒得理她。俺这回却是满脸谄笑地同她打招呼：“您好，亲爱的乌鸦！”她似乎没有听见。
俺又大声地说：“亲爱的乌鸦，您的孩子好吗？”她白了俺一眼，却不做声。
俺又说：“亲爱的乌鸦，您的羽毛真漂亮，麻雀比起您来，可就差多了。您的嗓子真好，谁都爱听您唱歌。您唱几句吧！”俺装模作样，声色极为真诚。
她听了俺赞美的话，得意极了，来不及多想就唱起歌来。
“哇……”那丑东西刚一张嘴，肉就掉下来了。
